FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)
(Amendment) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 February 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989]
is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur—
(a)
by substituting for item 49 the following item:
“49.
(Route 421): Putra Road
Starting from the junction of Route 183, Padang Lalang–
Tanjung Lumpur–Kampung Baharu Road, Kuantan at coordinates
N 3.778611, E 103.320064 and ending at coordinates N 3.796180
E 103.311214 (a distance of 2.476 km) including its slip road
(a distance of 1.512 km) within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 28: PUTRA ROAD.”; and
(b)
by substituting for MAP 28: TANJUNG LUMPUR—INDERA MAHKOTA
BYPASS ROAD, NEGERI PAHANG the following map:
