Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Malaysia Barat) 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala Negeri Kedah Darul Aman—
(a)
dengan menggantikan butiran 50 dengan butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 176): Jalan Jitra-Kodiang
Bermula dari persimpangan Laluan 1, Jalan Bukit Kayu Hitam–

Perintah ibu dipinda dalam Jadual Ketiga di bawah kepala Negeri Kedah

dengan menggantikan butiran 2 dengan butiran yang berikut:

Jalan Pagar Keselamatan ke Chuping, Bukit Kayu Hitam
Bermula dari koordinat U 6.518783, T 100.418954 dan berakhir di sempadan negeri Kedah dan Perlis di koordinat U 6.539388,
T 100.366869 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 2: JALAN PAGAR KESELAMATAN KE CHUPING, BUKIT KAYU
HITAM (jarak sepanjang 8.184 km).”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas peta LANGKAWI (NEGERI KEDAH

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 13) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kedah, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)
(Amendment) (No. 13) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 18 September 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] which is referred as the principal
Order”
in this
Order is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Kedah Darul Aman—
(a)
by substituting for item 50 the following item:
“50.
(Route 176): Jitra–Kodiang Road
Starting from the junction of Route 1, Bukit Kayu Hitam-Kepala
Batas Road at coordinates N 6.266473, E 100.419898 and ending at the Kedah and Perlis state boundary at coordinates N 6.398134,
E 100.297420 including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on
MAP:
JITRA–KODIANG
ROAD
(a distance of 21.716 km).”; and
(b)
by substituting for MAP OF JITRA-KODIANG ROAD, NEGERI KEDAH
DARUL AMAN with the following map:

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading of
Negeri Kedah Darul Aman—
(a)
by substituting for item 2 the following item:
“2.
Security Road to Chuping, Bukit Kayu Hitam
Starting from coordinates N 6.518783, E 100.418954 and ending at the Kedah and Perlis state boundary at coordinates N 6.539388,
E 100.366869 including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 2: SECURITY ROAD TO CHUPING,
BUKIT KAYU HITAM (a distance of 8.184 km).”; and

by inserting after map LANGKAWI (NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN)
