Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2016.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 25 February 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan”—

(a)

by inserting after item 52 the following item:

(Route 347): Jalan Lingkaran Pulau Indah

From interchange with Route 181, Pulau Indah Highway at coordinate N 2.960224, E 101.346560 and coordinate N 2.962553,
