PERINTAH JALAN PERSEKUTUAN (MALAYSIA BARAT) (PINDAAN) (NO. 2) 2021

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Malaysia Barat) 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama—

Jadual Keempat kepada Perintah ibu dipinda di bawah kepala “Pulau Pinang”—

(a)

dengan menggantikan butiran 1 dengan butiran yang berikut:

“1.

(Laluan 3113): Jalan Pesisiran Pantai (Lebuh Raya Bayan Lepas)

Dari koordinat U 5.289036, T 100.289096 dan berakhir di koordinat U 5.350996, T 100.309589 di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam PETA 2:

JALAN PESISIRAN PANTAI (LEBUH RAYA BAYAN LEPAS)

(jarak sepanjang 12.180 km).”; dan

(b)

dengan memasukkan selepas PETA 1 : LALUAN 3114 - LEBUH RAYA

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Penang, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 31 March 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

under the heading of “Pulau Pinang”—

(i)

by substituting for item 1 the following item:

“1.

(Route 1): Butterworth - Sungai Petani Road

From coordinates N. 5.383031, E. 100.38742 and ending at

Kedah/Penang boundary at coordinates N 5.565121, E 100.428937

within the boundaries of right of way as shown on

MAP 4: BUTTERWORTH-SUNGAI PETANI ROAD (a distance of 23.080 km).”;

by substituting for item 2 the following item:

“2.

(Route 1): Butterworth – Ipoh Road

From coordinates N 5.130583, E 100.473543 and ending at coordinates N 5.378478, E 100.401280 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 5 : BUTTERWORTH-IPOH ROAD

(a distance of 33.700 km).”;

(iii)

by substituting for item 3 the following item:

“3.

(Route 6): Around Penang Island Road

From coordinates N 5.443000, E 100.305000 and ending at coordinates N 5.379000, E 100.308000 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 6 : AROUND PENANG ISLAND ROAD

(a distance of 60.040 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 3 : FEDERAL ROADS OF PULAU PINANG the following maps:

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 3.

The Fourth Schedule to the principal Order is amended under the heading

“Pulau Pinang”—

(a)

by substituting for item 1 the following item:

From coordinates N 5.289036, E 100.289096 and ending at coordinates N 5.350996, E 100.309589 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 2: COASTAL ROAD (BAYAN LEPAS

HIGHWAY) (a distance of 12.180 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 1: ROUTE 3114 - KG. JAWA HIGHWAY the following map:
