PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Pahang, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2026.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 19 March 2026.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989]

is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur—

(a)

by substituting for item 33 the following item:

“33.

(Route 231): Sungai Lembing Road

Starting from coordinates N 3.864808, E 103.237324 and ending at the coordinates N 3.922483, E 103.037156 including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 11: SUNGAI

LEMBING ROAD (A distance of 26.082 km).”;

(b)

by inserting after item 59 the following item:

“60.

(Route 231): Al-Sultan Abdullah Road

Starting from coordinates N 3.818585, E 103.312988 and ending at coordinates N 3.864808, E 103.237324 including its link roads

”; and within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 42:

AL-SULTAN ABDULLAH ROAD (A distance of 11.451 km).”;
