Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2020.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 18 July 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim”—

(a)

by inserting after item 42 the following item:

(Route 488): Wakaf Bharu-Palekbang Road

From its junction with Route D21, at coordinates N 6.146689,
