FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2021

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 30 April 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur” by inserting after item 49 the following item:

“50.

(Route 34): Central Spine Road

Starting from slip road at Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway at coordinates N 3.478986, E 101.921034 via Benus Junction,

Mempaga Roundabout and ending at Keruntung Junction, at coordinates N 3.608846, E 101.912383 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on the Map 29 :

CENTRAL SPINE ROAD, NEGERI PAHANG (a distance of 22.337 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 28: TANJUNG LUMPUR-INDERA MAHKOTA BYPASS

ROAD, NEGERI PAHANG the following map:

“MAP 29 : CENTRAL SPINE ROAD, NEGERI PAHANG
