Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Negeri Sembilan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 June 2012.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus”―

(a)

by inserting after item 7 the following item:

“(8).

(Route 362): Seremban – Labu – Nilai Road

From its junction with Route 241 at coordinates North

435892.741497, East (E) 300678.85369 and ending at the junction with Route 3265 at coordinates North (N) 421678.96607,

East (E) 309955.396008 as shown on Map 3: Federal Roads of
