FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2021

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 28 May 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

under the heading of “Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur” by substituting for item 7 the following item:

“7.

(Route 10): Temerloh – Kemayan Road

Starting from boundaries of Negeri Sembilan - Pahang at coordinates N 3.122305, E 102.364033 and ending at coordinates

N 3.441410, T 102.427111 within the boundaries of right of way as shown on the MAP 30: TEMERLOH - KEMAYAN ROAD,

NEGERI PAHANG (a distance of 49.558 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 29: CENTRAL SPINE ROAD, NEGERI PAHANG, the following map:
