(a)
dengan menggantikan butiran 27 dengan butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 250): Jalan Penghubung Lebuhraya Pantai Timur-Bukit Payung
Bermula dari jalan susur di Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur 2 di koordinat
U 5.229284, T 102.994873 dan berakhir di persimpangan
Laluan 14, Jalan Kuala Terengganu-Bukit Besi di koordinat
U 5.223950, T 103.107213 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 11: JALAN PENGHUBUNG LEBUH RAYA PANTAI TIMUR-BUKIT PAYUNG (jarak sepanjang 15.082 km).”; dan

FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 7) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)
(Amendment) (No. 7) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 August 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman—
(a)
by substituting for item 27 the following item:
“27.
(Route 250): East Coast Expressway-Bukit Payung Connecting Road
Starting from the slip road at East Coast Expressway 2
at coordinates N 5.229284, E 102.994873 and ending at the junction of Route 14, Kuala Terengganu-Bukit Besi Road at coordinates
N 5.223950, E 103.107213 including its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 11: EAST COAST
EXPRESSWAY-BUKIT PAYUNG CONNECTING ROAD (a distance of 15.082 km).”; and
(b)
by substituting for MAP 11: EAST COAST EXPRESSWAY-BUKIT PAYUNG
CONNECTING ROAD the following map:
