FEDERAL ROADS (WEST MALAYSIA) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 9) ORDER 2023

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 9) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 25 June 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989]

is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur—

(a)

by inserting after item 51 the following item:

“52.

(Route 34): Lingkaran Tengah Utama

Starting from coordinates N 3.608846, E 101.912383 and ending at Route 1502, Krau at coordinates N 3.761862, E 101.860084 and coordinates N 3.761849, E 101.860172 including Lebu interchange,

Krau interchange and its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 33: LINGKARAN TENGAH UTAMA,

NEGERI PAHANG (a distance of 19.215 km).”; and

(b)

by inserting after MAP 32: GAP-FRASER HILL ROAD the following map:

“MAP 33: LINGKARAN TENGAH UTAMA, NEGERI PAHANG

”.
