FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (SOUTHVILLE CITY INTERCHANGE) ORDER 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads

Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of

Selangor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Southville City

Interchange) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 10 April 2018.

Declaration of road to be Federal road

2. (1) The part of the road known as the Southville City Interchange which is part of the North South Expressway commencing from kilometre 293.418 at coordinates

N 321776.554, E 418833.151 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 294.918 at coordinates N 322913.559,

E 417921.267 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid of the North South Expressway, both distances are measured from kilometre 0.0 of the North South Expressway at the

Johore Bahru Interchange including the Southville City Entry/Exit Toll Plaza and its link roads and ending at coordinates N 321443.920, E 418411.782 of the RSO Geocentric

(GDM 2000) Grid, is declared to be a Federal road.

The road declared to be a Federal road under subparagraph (1) is shown on the map in the Schedule.
