- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sabah) 1996 [P.U. (A) 366/1996], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (m) butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 1): Jalan Putatan-Penampang
Bermula di koordinat U 5.888399, T 116.0755 dan berakhir di koordinat U 5.890635, T 116.080663 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 8: JALAN PUTATAN-PENAMPANG.
Jarak sepanjang 0.628 kilometer.

(Laluan 1): Jalan Penampang-Kota Kinabalu
Bermula di koordinat U 5.939292, T 116.136605 dan berakhir di koordinat U 5.9815, T 116.160557 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 9: JALAN PENAMPANG-KOTA KINABALU.
Jarak sepanjang 5.672 kilometer.”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SABAH) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sabah, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 15 January 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sabah) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 366/1996], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item (m) the following items:
“(n)
(Route 1): Putatan-Penampang Road
Starting at coordinates
N 5.888399, E 116.0755
and ending at coordinates N 5.890635, E 116.080663 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 8:
PUTATAN-PENAMPANG ROAD.
A distance of 0.628 kilometres.

(Route 1): Penampang-Kota Kinabalu Road
Starting at coordinates N 5.939292, E 116.136605 and ending at coordinates N 5.9815, E 116.160557 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 9:
PENAMPANG-KOTA KINABALU ROAD.
A distance of 5.672 kilometres.”.

The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
