- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sarawak) 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama, di bawah kepala
LEBUHRAYA

BORNEO, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran

butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 1): Persimpangan Spaoh-Jambatan Sungai Awik
Bermula di koordinat U 1.544159, T 111.496965 dan berakhir di koordinat
U 1.778582, T 111.372797 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam

(jarak sepanjang 34.282 km). ”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 29 January 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1991], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule, under the heading of PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY, by inserting after item (ji) the following item:

(Route 1): Spaoh Intersection-Sungai Awik Bridge
Starting at coordinates N 1.544159, E 111.496965 and ending at coordinates N 1.778582, E 111.372797 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on
MAP
OF
SPAOH
INTERSECTION-SUNGAI
AWIK
BRIDGE
(a distance of 34.282 km).”.
Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP OF DA SING PARK-PERMYJAYA NEW TOWN the following map:
