Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sarawak) 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala
LEBUH RAYA PAN BORNEO dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (jv) butiran yang berikut:
“(jw) (Laluan 1): Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Paoh-Persimpangan Bertingkat
Bintangor
Bermula di koordinat U 2.010640, T 111.464801 dan berakhir di koordinat
U 2.066985, T 111.668248 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam PETA SEKOLAH
KEBANGSAAN SUNGAI PAOH-PERSIMPANGAN BERTINGKAT BINTANGOR
(Jarak sepanjang 27.171 km).”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak) (Amendment)
Order 2026.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 17 April 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of
PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY by inserting after item (jv) the following item:
“(jw) (Route 1): Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Paoh-Bintangor Interchange
Starting at coordinates N 2.010640, E 111.464801 and ending at coordinates
N 2.066985, E 111.668248 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP OF SEKOLAH KEBANGSAAN SUNGAI
PAOH-BINTANGOR INTERCHANGE (A distance of 27.171 km).”.
Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after MAP OF
SUNGAI AWIK BRIDGE-SEKOLAH KEBANGSAAN SUNGAI PAOH the following map:
