Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sarawak) 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama di bawah kepala
LEBUH RAYA PAN BORNEO dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (jh) butiran yang berikut:

(Laluan 1): Taman Da Sing–Bandar Baru Permyjaya
Bermula di persimpangan Laluan 1, Jalan Miri–Lutong–Kuala Baram–
Sempadan Brunei di koordinat U 4.337213, T 113.998045 dan berakhir di koordinat U 4.454276, T 114.041966 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam PETA TAMAN DA SING–BANDAR BARU PERMYJAYA
(jarak sepanjang 15.900 km).”.

FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak) (Amendment)
(No. 2) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 July 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading
PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY by inserting after item (jh) the following item:
“(ji)
(Route 1): Da Sing Park–Permyjaya New Town
Starting at junction of Route 1, Miri–Lutong–Kuala Baram–Brunei Border
Road at coordinates N 4.337213, E 113.998045 and ending at coordinates
N 4.454276, E 114.041966 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP OF DA SING PARK–PERMYJAYA NEW TOWN
(a distance of 15.900km).”.
Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP OF BAKUN INTERCHANGE–ALAM BUMI FARM the following map:
