FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 7) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak) (Amendment)
(No. 7) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 8 November 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1991], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY, by inserting after item (jo)
the following item:
“(jp)
(Route 1): Pantu Junction-Sungai Entulang Bridge
Starting at coordinates N 1.083888, E 111.108475 and ending at coordinates N 1.146379, E 111.439172 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP OF PANTU JUNCTION-SUNGAI ENTULANG BRIDGE (a distance of 44.700 km).”.
Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP OF SUNGAI KAYAN ULU BRIDGE-SUNGAI MOYAN BRIDGE the following map:
