FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) Order 2020.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 13 February 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for the word “Schedule” the words “First Schedule”.

Amendment of Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended in the Schedule by substituting for the word

“SCHEDULE” the words “FIRST SCHEDULE”.

Amendment of First Schedule 4.

The principal Order is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of

“State of Johore”, in relation to item “Bk. Permai”—

(a)

in the column “Entrance (km)”, by substituting for the words “2.82” the words

“3.109”; and

(b)

in the column “Village Roads (km)”, by substituting for the words “5.46”

the words “11.029”.

The principal Order is amended by inserting after the First Schedule the following schedule:
