FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 30 July 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], which is referred to as “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of State of Pahang—

(a)

in relation to item “Jalan Utama Mempaga”, in column “Approach Roads

(km)”, by substituting for the word “32.00” the word “17.554”; and

(b)

by inserting after item “Terapai–Mayam” and the particulars relating to it the following item and the particulars relating to it:
