FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johore, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 28 September 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], which is referred to as “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of State of Johore, in relation to item “Nitar Timur” –

(a)

in the column “Approach Roads (km)”, by substituting for the words “10.50”

the words “18.114”; and

(b)

in the column “Village Roads (km)”, by substituting for the word “-”

the words “3.622”.

Amendment of Second Schedule 3.

The Second Schedule to the principal Order is amended by inserting after MAP 1 :
