FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 February 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the

First Schedule under the heading of “State of Pahang”—

(a)

by substituting for item “Sg. Retang” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
