Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
Order 2019 (Amendment) 2020.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 8 March 2019 and shall continue to be in operation until 7 March 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.

Schedule to the
Customs
(Anti–Dumping
Duties)
Order 2019
[P.U. (A) 69/2019] is amended—
(a)
in column (4), by substituting for the words “BX Steel POSCO Cold Rolled
Steel Co., Ltd.” the words “BX Steel POSCO Cold Rolled Sheet Co., Ltd.”; and
(i)
relation to “Bengang Steel Plates Co., Ltd.”, by substituting for the words “10.62%” the word “Nil”; and
(ii)
in relation to “BX Steel POSCO Cold Rolled Sheet Co., Ltd.”, by substituting for the words “5.47%” the word “Nil”.
