Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235] read together with section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
Order 2025 (Amendment) Order 2026.

This Order has effect for the period from 15 January 2026 to 6 May 2030.
Amendment of paragraph 4 2.
The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) Order 2025 [P.U. (A) 147/2025] is amended in subparagraph 4(1) by substituting for the words “Rules of Interpretation in the
Customs Duties Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 114/2022]” the words “General Rules for the
Interpretation of the
Harmonized
System as specified in paragraph 4
of the Customs Duties Order 2025 [P.U. (A) 384/2025]”.
