Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
(No. 2) 2019 (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2)
This
Order has effect for the period from 27
June 2023
to 24 December 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 2) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 362/2019]
is amended in the Schedule, in column (3)—
(a)
by deleting the words “Republic of Korea” and the particulars relating to it in columns (4) and (5); and
(b)
by deleting the words “Socialist Republic of Viet Nam” and the particulars relating to it in columns (4) and (5).
