Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (Extension) Order 2023. Extension 2. The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) Order 2018 published in P.U. (A) 23/2018 on 7 February 2018 is extended from 8 February 2023 to 26 July 2023.
