Perintah Kastam (Larangan Mengenai Eksport) 2012 [P.U. (A) 491/2012] dipinda dalam Bahagian I Jadual Ketiga—
(a)
berhubung dengan butiran 38, di bawah kepala “Manner of Export,”
dengan menggantikan perkataan “That the export is accompanied by the
CC and DD Certificate issued by or on behalf of the Director General of the
Malaysian Rubber Board” dengan perkataan “That the export is accompanied by the licence to pack rubber and licence to export rubber issued by or on behalf of the Director General of the Malaysian Rubber
Board”; dan
(b)
berhubung dengan butiran 39, di bawah kepala “Manner of Export,”
dengan menggantikan perkataan “That the export is accompanied by the
EE Certificate or a letter of exemption issued by or on behalf of the
Director General of the Malaysian Rubber Board” dengan perkataan “That the export is accompanied by the licence to export rubber gloves or a letter of exemption issued by or on behalf of the Director General of the
Malaysian Rubber Board”.
