CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2016
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) Order 2016.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2016.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 491/2012]
is amended in the Second Schedule—
(a)
in relation to subitem 26(14) in column (3) under the heading
“Chapter/Heading/Subheading” by substituting for the word “2903.77 630”
the word “2903.73 000”; and
(b)
by inserting after item 27 and the particulars relating to it the following item:
