CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967
[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) Order 2020.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 102/2017] is amended in the Second Schedule, by inserting after item 22 and the particulars relating to it the following items and particulars:
