Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2021.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 102/2017]
is amended in the Second Schedule—
(i)
in column (5), by substituting for the words “Ministry of Natural
Resources and Environment” the words “Ministry of Energy and
Natural Resources”; and
(ii)
by inserting after subitem (6) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitem and particulars:
