CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1)

of the

Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)

(Amendment) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2023.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 122/2023], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Second Schedule—

(a)
