CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2016
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2016.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2016.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 491/2012], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule by deleting item 2 and the particulars relating to it.
Amendment of Second Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Second Schedule—
(a)
in relation to item 7, by substituting for subitem (1) in column (2) under the heading “Description of Goods” and the particulars relating to it in column (3) under the heading “Chapter/Heading/Subheading”, the following particulars:
