Perintah Kastam (Larangan Mengenai Import) 2008 [P.U. (A) 86/2008], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama dengan memotong butiran 1 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengan butiran itu.

CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967

[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 25 May 2012.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 86/2008], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order is amended in the First Schedule by deleting item 1 and the particulars relating to the item.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 3.

The Fourth Schedule to the principal Order is amended by inserting after item 51

in Part 1 of the Fourth Schedule the following item:
