Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment)(No. 2) Order 2012.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 15 June 2012.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 86/2008] is amended in Part II of the Second Schedule, by inserting after item 42 and the particulars relating to the item the following item:
