CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1)

of the

Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 2 June 2020.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 103/2017]

is amended in the Second Schedule, in Part I, in relation to item 9, by inserting after subitem (19) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitems and particulars:
