CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) ORDER 2024

Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2024.

This Order comes into operation on 1 December 2024.

Amendment of paragraph 4 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 117/2023], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 4(2)

by substituting for the words “and Pangkor” the words “, Pangkor and Pulau 1”.

Amendment of paragraph 5 3.

Subparagraph 5(3) of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the words

“and Pangkor” the words “, Pangkor and Pulau 1”.

Amendment of paragraph 8 4.

Subparagraph 8(3) of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the words

“and Pangkor” the words “, Pangkor and Pulau 1”.

Amendment of paragraph 11 5.

Subparagraph 11(3) of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the words

“and Pangkor” the words “, Pangkor and Pulau 1”.
