  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1. This order may be cited as the Customs (Values) (Palm Kernel) Order 2012 and shall have effect for the period from 1 January 2012 to 31 January 2012. P.U. (A) 2 3 Levy and payment of customs duties 2. For the purpose of the levy and payment of customs duties, in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Duties Order 2007 [P.U.
