IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1. This order may be cited as the Customs (Values) (Palm Kernel) (No. 3) Order 2012 and shall have effect for the period from 1 March 2012 to 31 March 2012. Levy and payment of customs duties 2. For the purpose of the levy and payment of customs duties, in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Duties Order 2007 [P.U.
