CONTROL OF SUPPLIES ACT 1961

CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (CONTROLLED ARTICLES) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles)

Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 19 January 2012.

Controlled articles 2.

The articles specified in the Schedule are declared to be controlled articles for the period from 19 January 2012 to 30 January 2012.
