CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (CONTROLLED ARTICLES) (NO. 3) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961

[Act 122], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles)

(No. 3) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 8 August 2012.

Controlled articles 2.

The articles specified in the Schedule are declared to be controlled articles for the period from 8 August 2012 to 9 June 2013.
