CONTROL OF SUPPLIES ACT 1961

CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (CONTROLLED ARTICLES) (NO. 3) ORDER 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961

[Act 122], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles)

(No. 3) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 21 July 2013.

Controlled articles 2.

The articles specified in the Schedule are declared to be controlled articles for the period from 21 July 2013 to 9 June 2014.
