Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles)

(No. 4) (Amendment) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 5 August 2013.
