Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles) (Amendment) Order 2021. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles) Order 1973 [P.U. (A) 32/1973] is amended in the Schedule by deleting—

(a)

the word “Insecticides.”; and

(b)

the words “Formic acid or any other acid used for coagulating latex.”.
