Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122a of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the Court of Appeal

Order 2009.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 May 2009.

Number of other judges of the Court of Appeal 2.

The number of the other judges of the Court of Appeal shall not exceed thirty-two.

Revocation

Seksyen 3

The Constitution of the Court of Appeal Order 2006 [P.U. (A) 385/2006]

is revoked.
