FEDERAL CONSTITUTION
CONSTITUTION OF THE HIGH COURTS (JUDICIAL COMMISSIONER) ORDER 2020
IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122AB of the
Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the
Prime Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, appoints—
(a)
the persons named in the First Schedule to be Judicial Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 28 November 2019; and
(b)
the persons named in the Second Schedule to be Judicial Commissioners for a period of two years with effect from 3 January 2020.
