Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause 1 of Article 122AB of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong acting on the advice of the Prime Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice of the Federal Court, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the High Courts
(Judicial Commissioner) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 21 May 2021.
Appointment of Judicial Commissioner 2.
Datuk Mohamad Abazafree bin Mohd Abbas is appointed to be a
Judicial Commissioner for a period of two years with effect from 21 May 2021.
