Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2B of the Employment Act 1955 [Act 265], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2015.
Exemption 2.
Malaysia
Airlines
Berhad with the registration number 1116944-X is exempted from the application of Part XII of the Act in respect of the cabin crew employed under a contract of service for its aircrafts.
