Jadual, atas nama Malaysia LNG Sdn. Bhd., Bintulu, Sarawak yang telah dikeluarkan perakuan kelayakan, adalah dikecualikan daripada persediaan yang dikehendaki di bawah peraturan 20 Peraturan-Peraturan Kilang dan Jentera (Skim Pemeriksaan Khas)
(Pemeriksaan Berasaskan Risiko) 2014 [P.U. (A) 96/2014] bagi pemeriksaan ulangan yang berikutnya bagi tempoh tiga bulan selepas habis tempoh perakuan kelayakan itu sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

FACTORIES AND MACHINERY (EXEMPTION TO MALAYSIA LNG SDN. BHD.,
BINTULU, SARAWAK) ORDER 2021
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 55(3) of the Factories and Machinery Act 1967 [Act 139], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Factories and Machinery (Exemption to Malaysia LNG Sdn. Bhd., Bintulu, Sarawak) Order 2021. Exemption 2. All unfired pressure vessels registered with the Chief Inspector, with the registration numbers as specified in column (1) of the Schedule, in the name of Malaysia LNG Sdn. Bhd., Bintulu, Sarawak which have been issued with certificates of fitness, are exempted from the preparation required under regulation 20 of the Factories and Machinery (Special Scheme of Inspection) (Risk-Based Inspection) Regulations 2014 [P.U. (A) 96/2014] for subsequent regular inspections for a period of three months after the expiry of such certificates of fitness as specified in column (2). Condition of exemption 3. The exemption under paragraph 2 is subject to the condition that all of the unfired pressure vessels with the registration numbers specified in column (1) of the Schedule undergo an external inspection and non-destructive tests and that the Inspector is satisfied with the results of such inspection and tests.
