Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 55(3) of the Factories and Machinery Act 1967 [Act 139], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Factories and Machinery (Exemption to

Petronas Penapisan (Melaka) Sdn. Bhd., Sungai Udang, Melaka) (Amendment)

Order 2013.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 15 May 2013.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Factories and Machinery (Exemption to Petronas Penapisan

(Melaka) Sdn. Bhd., Sungai Udang, Melaka) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 158/2013] is amended—

(a)

by deleting the item “PMT 111424” and the particulars relating to it;

(b)

by inserting after the item “PMT 111485” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
