PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 87 Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Koperasi (Koperasi

Permodalan Felda Malaysia Berhad) (Pengecualian) 2012.

Perintah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 November 2011.

Seksyen 2

Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad dikecualikan daripada pemakaian seksyen 42 dan subseksyen 43(4) Akta bagi maksud pengisian kekosongan jawatan anggota Lembaga Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad sesi 2011/2012 dan pelantikan seorang anggota yang dilantik oleh Lembaga FELDA sebagai anggota

Lembaga Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad pada mesyuarat agung perwakilan tahunan sesi 2012/2013.

(EXEMPTION) ORDER 2012

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Koperasi

Permodalan Felda Malaysia Berhad) (Exemption) Order 2012.

(2)

This order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 November 2011.

Exemption 2.

Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad is exempted from the application of section 42 and subsection 43(4) of the Act for the purposes of fulfilling the vacancy of a Board member in the Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad for the 2011/2012 session and appointment of a member by the Board of FELDA as a member of the Board of Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Malaysia Berhad at an annual general meeting of delegates for the 2012/2013 session.
