  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Koperasi Polis

Diraja Malaysia Berhad) (Exemption) Order 2020.

Exemption 2.

Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia Berhad is exempted from the application of subsection 43(4) of the Act for the purpose of filling the vacancy of a member of the

Board of Koperasi Polis Diraja Malaysia Berhad to be appointed at the annual general meeting of delegates for the 2020/2021 session.
